Each player may hold one lack91 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
All game outcomes on the lack91 platform are produced by certified random number generators. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated. Third-party audits are conducted in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming licence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lack91 account credentials. lack91 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility until you report a security breach to support.
All transactions on lack91 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

The lack91 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. lack91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
The Platform is operated for and directed toward users in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is compliant with the laws applicable to you in your location.
To register a lack91 Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and date of birth. You must not register using false, inaccurate, or misleading information. lack91 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of duplicate Accounts — identified by shared CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. lack91 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances associated with them. If you suspect a duplicate Account has been created in your name, you must contact support immediately.
lack91 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie holding your CNIC, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by lack91 support may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify lack91 of a security breach in writing.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lack91 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. lack91 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending a security review. lack91 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Account sharing — whether with family members, friends, or any other third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. lack91 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where sharing is suspected.
lack91 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 200. lack91 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed in the cashier.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and credited to your Account balance within seconds of the transaction being completed. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited on the same business day, subject to the processing times of the sending institution.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 2–3 business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays arising from the receiving financial institution are outside lack91's control.
lack91 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. lack91 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the lack91 Platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
lack91 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or hedge-betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. No compensation is provided for expired Bonus Funds.
All games available on the lack91 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, bingo, and sportsbook markets — operate in accordance with the rules published within each game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome or availability of a game, lack91 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return any staked amounts to the Player's Account balance. lack91 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
All sportsbook bets — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting markets — are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of disputes regarding the official result, lack91's determination, made in good faith with reference to available official sources, shall be final.
Wagers that cannot be met from your current Account balance will be rejected automatically. lack91 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

lack91 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required by our international gaming licence obligations, applicable law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
